UPPER FREEHOLD REGIONAL'S INJUNCTIVE PETITION
Shortly after the above was filed, also in April 2016, Upper Freehold filed an injunctive relief petition with the Commissioner
to grant UFR immediate relief by barring any further sending or receiving to occur between Red Bank and Millstone
until such time as the full case is settled.

COMMISIONER DENIES TO HEAR APPEAL
The case will now move to a hearing as per the Judge’s original ruling to address the topic of Course of Study

In a 48 page motion requesting the Judge to reconsider her ruling that,
"THERE IS NO LEGAL BASIS FOR FINDING MILLSTONE IN VIOLATION OF THE SEND
RECEIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH [Upper] FREEHOLD."
the Judge immediatley denied theri motion.
